Here's what Barbara had to say in September 2006 after Rosie was told to stop blogging about The View due to negative comments she made about ABC:
"I didn't like the blog. I'm counting on Rosie's intelligence and sensitivity and humor. This is, after all, an entertainment show. It is based on people who like each other and are having a good time, not on people who are arguing and unhappy."
Cue forward to May 23rd 2007. Hmmm. 'Barbara Walters sees writing on wall...doesn't read it.'
I miss Rosie.
